1. Quotation & Deposit
To secure your place in our schedule and begin preparations, we require a signed acceptance of the quotation along with an initial deposit. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to begin ordering materials, scheduling labour, and coordinating timelines. At MBE Group, this step ensures transparency, commitment, and a smooth transition from planning to build.
2. Build
Our experienced team of tradespeople will carry out the construction of your garden room with precision, care, and attention to detail. From groundworks and structural framing to insulation, cladding, and internal finishes, every stage is managed to the highest standard. We ensure all electrical, plumbing, and utility installations are safely completed by certified professionals. Throughout the build, our project manager will keep you informed, oversee progress, and ensure the work is completed on time and to specification—delivering a high-quality, turnkey garden room ready for you to enjoy.
3. Inspection & Final Invoice
Once the build is complete, we carry out a thorough final inspection to ensure every aspect of your garden room meets our high standards and your expectations. We’ll walk you through the finished space, check that all fixtures and finishes are complete, and confirm that everything is fully functional. Any final touches or snagging items are addressed promptly. Once you’re fully satisfied, we will issue the final invoice for the remaining balance. This final step marks the successful handover of your bespoke garden room—ready for immediate use.
